VILLIA

Bellevue Hill

Villia is a monument to place and space. A collection of just 4 'ultra residences' displaying a kind of quality, scale and amenity rarely seen, even in Sydney's exclusive Eastern Suburbs. Every villa has 4 bedrooms and features their own private pool, sauna, spa, lift, multiple family rooms and flexible use spaces. Each embodies a quintessential Sydney experience capturing truly heroic views. They reach out over Sydney Harbour to Rose Bay, The Royal Sydney Golf Club and Diamond Bay, catching sight of the iconic Macquarie Lighthouse at Vaucluse and Pacific Ocean beyond.

Above all else, this project was born of a desire to transport residents to another world. We've drawn on notions of classic architecture, overlaid with contemporary sensibilities. We employed 'the golden ratio' to shape the proportions of the building, the elegant curved forms and the placement of features within the sweeping rooms. There are subtle nods to timeless European architecture, reimagined in a contemporary way. We see that in the materials used from the moment of approach in the grand cobblestoned forecourt, the tumbled limestones and Villia's beautiful white forms that contrast against the magical colours of the landscape. We want to take people on a journey, guiding them through a place that captures romantic memories of European travels in their mind's eye. These are certainly residences of immense character and privilege. They are profoundly unique and truly incredible in scale, with residences spanning over 365 square metres internally. Viewed from the outside, Villia's bold modern design is tailored to the surrounding landscapes, weather and local climate. From the street, it reads as one majestic home set behind beautiful wrought-iron gates.
