Travis was celebrated for his vision, perseverance, and commitment to delivering ultra-luxury boutique residences that set new benchmarks in Sydney’s most prestigious locations.

In his acceptance speech, Travis reflected on the challenges and rewards of being a developer: “The wins are few, and the problems are many… but today is about looking back — at every painful step through the fire — and realising how far we’ve come. And I think every developer and entrepreneur in this room understands that.” He also shared a guiding principle from James 1:2–4: “Consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work, so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

This recognition highlights the strong momentum Skyland Group has built through projects such as VILLIA Bellevue Hill, winner of Best Luxury Boutique Development at the Asia Property Awards 2023, and the landmark Eliza Darling Point.
