Short-listed developers and their projects were invited to the exclusive gala and awards presentation of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) in Melbourne to celebrate the best of the best in the Asia Pacific real estate sector in the past year. It was there that the judges announced VILLIA Bellevue Hill as 'Best Boutique Luxury Apartment Development' in NSW and presented the prestigious award to Travis and Ray, Syland Group.
